Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself without judgment. I believe that you know yourself best — even if it currently feels difficult to recognize what may be getting in the way of you operating at your best.

In our work together, we may focus on:

  • Managing anxiety and calming an overwhelmed nervous system

  • Working through depression or a lack of purpose and motivation

  • Addressing procrastination, academic, or career stress

  • Repairing relationships or learning how to build new ones

  • Improving emotional regulation and anger management

  • Reconnecting with meaningful activities that promote well-being (exercise, hobbies, spirituality, community involvement)

  • Navigating sensory and social challenges related to autism

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space to slow down the conflict, improve communication, and better understand one another.

In couples sessions, we may work to:

  • Look at recurring conflicts from new perspectives

  • Improve communication and reduce defensiveness

  • Repair trust and strengthen emotional connection

  • Identify patterns that create distance or misunderstanding

  • Learn how to regulate emotions during difficult conversations

  • Rebuild friendship, teamwork, and intimacy

Humor, honesty, and compassion are often important parts of this process. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel heard while guiding the conversation toward solutions and understanding.

  • “a person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.”

—Carl Rogers, father of person-centered therapy
