Genuine. Supportive. Innovative.

Our Services

Individual Therapy

In-person and online options for individuals in Pennsylvania, we provide personalized support for individuals who are seeking help for the challenges they are facing. The first session will focus on gathering information on why the individual is seeking treatment, building therapeutic connection, and creating a calm space so progress can be made towards goals. Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a supportive space where partners learn to understand each other more deeply, improve communication, and work through challenges together. It helps couples strengthen their connection, rebuild trust, and create healthier patterns in their relationship.

Autism Assessments

Designed for individuals 18+, our assessment consists of a three hour interview with the client, as well as completion of social and emotional measures by the client and family (if necessary).

Can you relate? We can help.

  • "My thoughts won't stop racing at night."

  • "I can't keep up with my class assignments, so I am probably going to have to withdraw from classes. I am such a failure."

  • "I've always struggled to make friends. The friends I do have, I seem to upset in some way and lose contact."

  • "I always seem to be losing my job. I don't know why I can't get along with my co-workers."

  • "I struggle to find the motivation to do anything other than eat, sleep, and work. Repeat."

About Dominic D’Angelo, LPC

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania for 6+ years, I have worked extensively with individuals and families ranging in age from 13 through 65+. Challenges I help my clients work through include, but are not limited to, managing the stress of parenthood, relationships, anxiety, depression, illness, chronic pain, improving executive functioning, and end of life questions. I also have experience working in the educational setting, which has deepened my understanding of the challenges and needs of students in today’s world.

A holistic approach

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), family systems, philosophy, and mindfulness. My goal is to help clients identify areas of their lives where they would like to experience change and then work with them to take the steps to achieve that change.
